Security and privacy at KeyMatrix

Customer data is hosted in secure cloud data centers located in India, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. Daily backups with point-in-time recovery protect against data loss.

Access is role-based: committee members, staff, guards and residents each see only what their role permits, and every sensitive action is captured in an audit log. KeyMatrix staff access customer data only for support, with consent and logging.

No. KeyMatrix does not sell resident data and does not run third-party advertising inside the resident app. The subscription is the business model, so residents are customers, not the product.

You take it with you. Members, ledgers, dues, documents and logs export in standard formats on request, and data is deleted from production systems after a defined retention window once you close the account.
